Dr. Powe graduated from Harvard Medical School, trained in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and in Endocrinology at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is an endocrinologist and clinical researcher with a focus on endocrine disorders in pregnancy, particularly diabetes. She is conducting clinical and translational studies on the genetics and physiology of gestational glucose metabolism.
